Why did you make tools.bsb.dev?

Every time I searched for a "developer" site to complete some menial task, like URL-encoding text, the websites returned would be filled with unnecessary adverts.

Oftentimes the site would even place arbitrary restrictions, block multiple uses, or even "commercial use" (looking at you, Online Text Tools)

I thought there must be an easy, ad-free website for these tools - and when I couldn't find one easily, I ended up making my own :) I use it all the time, especially for quickly generating test UUIDs.
